                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM BARBARA H. MURRAY,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 40E-2, STUART
                   HEIGHTS PARALLEL FORCE MAIN II, TRACT NO.
                   6.1, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF SIX THOUSAND,
                   NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,900.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Barbara H. Murray, relative to
       Contract No. 40E-2, Stuart Heights Parallel Force Main II, Tract
       No. 6.1, for a consideration of $6,900.00.
